Terms & Conditions

This Privacy Policy specifies the rules for storage and access to information on the User’s devices using Cookies, for the performance by the Administrator of electronic services requested by the User.

Definitions

  • Administrator – refers to WLC Systems.
  • Device – refers to an electronic device through which the user accesses our website.
  • User – refers to an entity for whom services can be provided electronically or with whom an agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

Types of Cookie used

1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. It is impossible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter Users’ Devices. These files allow the software used by the User to be identified and the Website to be customised to each User individually. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they originate, storage time on the Device and the value assigned.

2. The administrator uses two types of cookie:

  • Session cookies: These are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the end of the browser session. The information recorded is then permanently deleted from the Device’s memory. The session cookie mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.
  • Persistent cookies: These are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until they are deleted. The browser session ending or the Device being switched off does not delete them from the User’s Device. The persistent cookie mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.

3. The User has the option of limiting or excluding storage of and access to cookies on the Device. If the User takes advantage of this option, the use of our website will be possible excluding the functions which by their nature require cookies.

Purposes for which Cookies are used

1. The Administrator uses its Own Cookies for the following purposes:

  • User authentication at the website and provision of user sessions at the website
  • Ensuring the safety and reliability of the service.
    • i) to maintain User sessions at our website (after logging in), so that the User does not have to re-enter the login and password at every Website subpage;
    • ii) for proper configuration of selected features of our website, allowing in particular browser session authentication;
    • iii) to optimise and improve the performance of services provided by the Administrator.

2. The Administrator uses External (3rd parties) Cookies for the collection of general and anonymous static data using Clicky Web Analytics [http://clicky.com];

Potential for determination of the conditions for storage of or access to Cookies

1. The User may change the settings for Cookies independently at any time, specifying the conditions for their storage and access to Cookies on the User’s Device. Changes to the settings referred to in the preceding sentence may be made using the web browser settings or the service configuration. These settings may be modified so as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to provide information each time Cookies are placed on the User’s Device. Detailed information on potential and methods for handling cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings.

2. The User may at any time remove Cookies using the features available in the web browser.

3. Restricting the use of Cookies may affect some of the functions available at the our website.
